About Kevin W. Grossman

Version 2About Kevin W. Grossman, TAS, HCS

I’m currently the Talent Board President of Global Programs responsible for all aspects of the Candidate Experience Awards program and other Talent Board activities worldwide.

I also produce and host multiple “world of work” podcasts including The CandEs Shop Talk, Reach West Radio and Working Tech. As a long-time HR and recruiting industry influencer and analyst, WorkingTech allows me to investigate how inextricably linked technology is to our worlds of work, that symbiotic relationship between humans, technology and business.

I founded Reach West Media and created Reach West Radio where I talk with my guests from different backgrounds about their effectual stretch and the impact it makes in the worlds of work and life.

I co-founded the TalentCulture “world of work” community with Meghan M. Biro and developed and co-hosted the popular weekly TalentCulture #TChat Show (radio show and Twitter chat).

A certified Talent Acquisition Strategist (TAS) and Human Capital Strategist (HCS) by HCI, I have over 18 years of domain expertise and familiarity with the HR and recruiting technology marketplace, including working for and with talent management, talent sourcing and acquisition, video interviewing, assessment, background screening, and training and development providers, helping them to grow and excel their companies.

My overall business experience includes account management and customer service, marketing, product development, sales, business development, online community management, industry analyst, and being a manager and published writer.

I’ve also been a top social influencer in leadership, human resources, talent management and recruiting, as well as a prolific “HR business” blogger since 2004. I’ve also authored multiple articles on marketing, business development, HR, recruiting and leadership, and my first business book titled Tech Job Hunt Handbook was released in December 2012 from Apress. I also speak at HR and recruiting industry events and on HR/recruiting/marketing related webinars.

Lastly, I’m an avid reader, a proud father and husband, and write I regularly about responsible parenting at GetOffTheGround.
